Robert Gosper (1840–1915)

The death took place at the residence of Mr. W. A. Gosper, at Upper Colo, on the 15th instant, of Robert Gosper, a brother of Mr. Benjamin Gosper, at the age of 78 years. The deceased, who never married, was a well-known character in the Upper Colo district, and one of the most respected residents. He lived at Long Wheeney practically all his life, and carried on grazing pursuits. He had been nine weeks bedridden, and was cared for by his nephew, at whose home he died. The remains were interred in the Church of England cemetery on the 16th instant.
