James Carlton Cobcroft (1845–1897)

The death of James Cobcroft, of Wilberforce, took place on Sunday, 21st inst, at the age of 52 years. Deceased had been seriously ill for a considerable time, and everything that was possible to do for him was done, but without avail. Ha leaves a wife and large family of children. The funeral, which was largely attended, took place on the 22nd, the remains being interred in St John's Church of England Cemetery. Mr F. Simon officiated at the grave, and Mr R. W. Dunstan carried out the duties of undertaker.
