Edward Reveley Brockman (1838–1902)

The death is announced of Mr. Edward Reveley Brockman at Busselton. The deceased gentleman was the third son of the late Mr. William L. Brockman, of Herne Hill. He had resided for many years, as a pastoralist and orchardist, at Warren House, Nelson district. His principal interests were in the Southern districts, where he leaves property at the Vasse and Warren, besides a considerable estate in Fremantle. He was a Justice of the Peace for Western Australia. Mr. Brockman married Capel, the eldest daughter of the late Mr. J. G. Bussell, of Cattle Chosen, Vasse, and his wife, Charlotte, the latter of whom died about two years ago in Paris. Mr. Brockman leaves five sons and four daughters, with whom much sympathy has been expressed in their bereavement. The deceased gentleman had been seriously ill for some time prior to his death.
