Francis John (Frank) White (1854–1934)

The death took place at "Sauxuarez," Armidale, last night of Mr. Francis John White, at the age of 80 years. Deceased, who was one of the most widely known pastoralists, was a native of Muswellbrook, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Francis White, of "Edinglassie," and a brother of the late Hon. J. C. White. Deceased was a nephew of the late Mrs. Jane Wilson, who died recently in her 93rd. year.

The late Mr. Francis White is survived by his wife, one son and four daughters, viz., Lt.-Col. H. F. White ("Bald Blair," Guyra), Misses Mary and Elsie White (Armidale), Mrs. Cullen (nee Miss Freida White), of Syd Black (nee Miss Joan White), of Sydney and orange respectively. Deceased was predeceased by one son, Frank Fletcher, and a daughter, Doris. Deceased is also survived by two brothers, Messrs A. G. and A. V. White ("Belltrees," Scone). He was predeceased by Mr. H. L. White, Mr. Ernest White, Hon. J. C. White (brothers) , and Mrs. Grigson (sister). The remains will be brought to Muswellbrook to-morrow, for interment in the Church of England cemetery at 11 a.m.
