Abram James Grayland (1887–1950)

The death of Mr. Abram James Grayland, which occurred at Camperdown, on Wednesday, April 19, after a brief illness, came as a shock to his many friends throughout the district. Deceased was born at Cobden 63 years ago and was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Abram Grayland.

During the past seven years he was engaged on a dairy farm in Park lane, Camperdown. His widow has the sympathy of her numerous friends.

The funeral to the Cobden cemetery was well attended. The service at the graveside was conducted by the Rev. H. G. Ford. Many floral tributes were placed on the grave. The coffin bearers were Messrs. Roy Grayland (brother), R. and N. Grayland, and A. Smith (nephews).

Collie & Lourey were in charge of arrangements.
