Jane Allen Dight (1842–1937)

Mrs. Jane Allen Dight of Pelerin, who died last night, was in her 60th year. She was the widow of Mr Charles Hilton Dight, who died 19 years ago. Mr Dight represented Singleton in the State Parliament for a number of years. Mrs Dight was born at Dunolly, Singleton. She was the fifth daughter of the late Mr. James Taylor MacDougall, one of the earliest settlers.
