James Wright (1818–?)

Mr. James Wright, of Flynn's Creek, one of the early settlers of South Gippsland, has died at the age of 82 years. About 32 years ago deceased went to the Gippsland district, and was one of the first settlers on Flynn's Creek. Mr. Wright's father was one of the first white children born in New South Wales, and his grandfather was a corporal in the first dctachment of soldiers that left England for Australia.
