Charles Dowling Whitty (?–1920)

The death is announced of Mr. Charles Dowling-Whitty, at his residence at Mosman, on Tuesday last. He joined the Customs Department 35 years ago, and at the time of his death was examining officer. He is survived by a widow and three children.
