Richard George Underwood (1840–1908)

Mr. Richard George Underwood, retired civil servant, died at his residence Guilford, on the 20th inst. at the age of 68 years. The funeral moved to the C.E. cemetery, Rookwood, on Wednesday last, and the arrangements in connection therewith were in the hands of Mr. Ralph Metcalfe. Mr. Underwood was, in former years, in the Lands Department. He leaves a widow and a grown-up family.
