Lily Faulconbridge Parkes (1862–1932)

The death is reported from Sydney of Miss Lily F. [Faulconbridge] Parkes, a daughter of the late Sir Henry Parkes. She made a life study of natural science, and was especially interested in conchology. On account of her knowledge she was frequently consulted by the Museum authorities. Mr. George Varney Murray, a grandson of Sir Henry Parkes, died at Loxton last Sunday.
