John Higgins (1820–1895)

The Rev. John Higgins, who was for many years connected with the Irish Conference, and for the last twenty years has resided in Victoria, where he held the office of Wesleyan chaplain at the Melbourne Hospital and other institutions, died on February 1, in his 76th year.
