Lionel Cuthbert Grimwade (1897–1936)

Mr. Lionel Cuthbert Grimwade, aged 39 years, of Kooyong road, Toorak, died at Epworth Hospital yesterday after a short illness. The third son of Mr. and Mrs. Norton Grimwade, of Macedon, Mr. Grimwade served in the Royal Navy during the war, retiring from the service with the rank of lieutenant. He has left a widow and one child. The Rev. L. Townsend will conduct a brief service at the chapel of A. A. Sleight Pty. Ltd. at 2.30 p.m. today before the cortege leaves for the Springvale Crematorium.
