Arthur Joshua Davis (1854–1913)

The death of Mr. Arthur J. Davis, son of Rev. A B. Davis, occurred on Friday last night at the age of 59. The deceased gentleman, though not taking any interest in communal affairs in recent years, was for a long time a member of the Great Synagogue choir. He had been in poor health for some considerable time prior to his decease. He leaves a wife and seven children to mourn his loss.
