Albert Francis Archer (1863–1940)

The death occurred on Wednesday of Mr. Albert Francis Archer, at his residence, Huntworth, Jericho. The late Mr. Archer was the senior magistrate of the municipality and was a member of the Oatlands Licensing Court for many years. He was a Government nominee, but later resigned from this position owing to ill-health. He took a keen interest in all sporting, and was a member of the Midlands Jockey Club and other racing clubs. Mr. Archer leaves a daughter, Dorothy (Mrs. Cottier, Hobart) and a son, Clive (Jericho).
