Edward Charles Ridge (1839–1913)

The remains of Mr. Edward Ridge, an old resident of Manly, well known in the commercial life of Sydney, were buried at Manly cemetery yesterday afternoon. Mr. Ridge was a native of Windsor. He left a widow one daughter (Mrs. Cecil Blaxland), and four sons – Ernest, Frank, Stanley, and Riley – all of whom have figured conspicuously in cricket and football circles.
