George Tobias Pickford (1826–1917)

The remains of the late Mr. George Tobias Pickford, whose death was reported in Friday's issue, were interred in the Horsham cemetery on Saturday afternoon. The funeral, which was largely attended, moving from the Horsham District Hospital at 2 o'clock. The Rev. C. W. Meredith, B.A., read the burial service, and Messrs. J. Zippel, D. T. McKenzie, A. T. McKenzie, J. Fraser, H. Miller, and J. Hardingham acted as pall-bearers.
