Sarah Ellen Hart (?–1934)

Mrs. Sarah Ellen Cooper Hart, mother of Mr. Acting Justice Percy L. Hart, died at her home at Indooroopilly, yesterday morning. Mrs. Hart, who was the daughter of the late Mr. Daniel Foley Roberts, solicitor, and first president of the Legislative council of Queensland, in June, 1865 married Mr. Grahame Lloyd Hart, solicitor, of Brisbane. She is survived by eight children—Mesdames E. M. Bigge (widow of the late Mr. Phillip Bigge, of the legal firm of Bigge and Macrossan), S. P. Cameron (Sydney), Alsop (Sydney), and Donald Crombie, Miss Hart, and Mr. W. H. Hart, solicitor, Brisbane, Dr. Basil Hart (Ipswich), and Mr. Acting Justice Percy L. Hart, Brisbane. She was predeceased by a daughter, the late Mrs. Arthur Feez and by an infant son. The funeral will move from Mrs. Hart's late residence, Lloyds Home, Westminster Road, Indooroopilly, at 11 a.m. to-day for the Toowong Cemetery.
