Julia Harper (1838–1889)

A lamentable fatal event occurred at Newcastle last Saturday morning. Miss Julia Harper — the eldest daughter of the late Rev. C. Harper, and sister of Mr. Charles Harper, M.L.C. — suddenly fell to the ground while performing some ordinary household duty, and shortly afterwards expired. The funeral of the deceased took place last Sunday, when the body was borne to the grave by a party of Sunday-school scholars.
