John Robert Goldspink (1838–1910)

The second [death] was in the person of Mr. John Robert Goldspink, of Tumbarumba, who died suddenly last night from heart failure. The late Mr. Goldspink was 71 years of age at the time of his death, and had resided nearly a lifetime in this district, and the parish of Goldspink having been named after his parents, who resided in the Taradale district some 50 years ago. The deceased leaves a widow and two sons and several step children to mourn his loss. The remains, will be interred in the C.E. portion of the cemetery tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon.
