Humphrey Nicholls Clegg (1882–1952)

Lt.-Col. Humphrey Clegg, 69, secretary of the Big Brother movement in Britain, was found dead on the sands at Margate, Kent, yesterday.

The Big Brother movement helps British youths to emigrate to the Dominions.

Col. Clegg lived in London, and had his headquarters at Australia House.
