Philip Aaron Woolf (1897–1945)

Mr Philip A. Woolf, of 23 Richards st, Coburg, managing director of Allcars Pty Ltd, died at a private hospital yesterday, aged 47. Formerly president of the Victorian Used Car Traders' Association, he was closely associated with the pioneering of that branch of the motor industry. Before being appointed managing director of Allcars Pty Ltd Mr Woolf was manager for J. A. Linacre, metropolitan Ford distributors. He is survived by a widow and two daughters. Funeral arrangements are in the hands of Joseph Allison, Sydney rd, North Brunswick. The cortege will leave the parlours at 2 o'clock today for Fawkner Crematorium.
