Thomas Utrick Whitfield (1823–1908)

The death is announced of Mr. Thomas Utrich Whitfield, who was born near the corner of Elizabeth and Liverpool streets, Sydney, 1824, and lived to celebrate the 84th anniversary of his birthday. He was the second son of Mr. William Gibson Whitfield, a large land owner of early Sydney. For many years Mr. Thomas Whitfield resided in West Maitland, and more recently, he had lived with his daughter, Mrs. Irving, Darlington.
