Lady Frances de Burgh Waldie-Griffith (1892–1925)

The late Lady Waldie-Griffith: wife of Sir Richard Waldie-Griffith, Bart., of Claremont, whose death occurred on March 28 supervening on an operation. The deceased lady, who was an invalid, was Miss Frances de Burgh Griffith, a West Australian, and during the war she was one of the nurses who cared for the blinded soldiers at St. Dunstan's Hospital, London. Two of her sisters are Mrs. A. H. Drake-Brockman, Claremont, and Mrs. E. H. B. Macartney, of Subiaco, while another sister, Mrs. A. A. Pare, resides at Montreal, Canada, and Mrs. A. Robertson in Hants, England. Her only brother is Mr. H. R. Griffith of Sheffield, England. The parents of Lady Waldie-Griffith are Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Griffith, of Collie.
