Francis Christie Tomkinson (1873–1911)

Much regret was expressed at the news of the death, at the North Adelaide private hospital, on Tuesday evening, of Mr. Francis Christie Tomkinson, aged 38 years, youngest son of the late Hon. Samuel Tomkinson. The deceased had been an employee of Messrs Elder, Smith & Co. for many years, and for a considerable time was head of the stock department. He severed his connection with the firm about two years ago and had been in failing health for some time.
