William Patrick Ryan (1880–1953)

Mr. William Patrick Ryan died in the Royal North Shore Hospital on Wednesday, aged 74 years. Deceased, who was widely known in the Turill and Cassilis districts, had resided at 'Fairydale', Mudgee, for some considerable time, and was highly esteemed. He was married twice, and is survived by his widow and the following sons and daughters: Mrs. Cook (Cassilis), Miss Ryan (Coonamble), Mrs. L. Gray (Gunnedah), Mrs. E. Pilley (Pyramid), Mrs. G. Parkins (Tallawang), Mrs. S. Randell (Mudgee), Albert (Coolah), Noel (Mudgee), Lovell (Mudgee), Peter (Mudgee), James (Sydney), Mrs. E. Fitzgerald (Mudgee). To the bereaved ones sincere sympathy is extended. The funeral will take place to the Catholic portion of the Mudgee cemetery at 10.30 tomorrow (Friday), morning, and Rev. Father Maher will officiate. Mr. A. P. Connor is in charge of the arrangements.
