Raphael, Deborah (1846–1924)

The death occurred at Issundoon, Cook-road, Centennial Park, on Saturday, of Miss Deborah Raphael, daughter of the late Mr. J. G. Raphael, who was an alderman of the City Council, and who from 1872 until 1874 represented West Sydney in the Legislative Assembly. Miss Raphael, who was 78 years of age, had been ill for some time. She was actively associated with many philanthropic and charitable movements.
