Archibald Benjamin Pursell (1865–1953)

Mr. Archibald B. Pursell, a leading Sydney insurance broker, died in Sydney yesterday, aged 88.

Mr. Pursell founded the brokerage firm of A. B. Pursell and Sons Pty. Ltd. in 1886.

He was a past president of the Sydney Y.M.C.A., and for many years was active in temperance work with the late Archdeacon Hammond.

The funeral will take place on Thursday.
