Roy George Peverill (1914–1942)

Mrs. R. G. Peverill, of Mildura, has been notified that her husband, Sgt-Plt Roy George Peverill, RAAF, was killed in air operation over England on May 30, 1942. The only son of Mr and Mrs E. C. Peverill, National Bank, Melbourne, late of Mildura, Sgt-Plt Peverill was educated at Mildura and Daylesford High Schools and Wesley College. Before enlisting he was superintendent of the COR depot at Mildura. He graduated in Canada, and had during this last 5 month's taken an active part in air operations over Germany and occupied countries.
