Andrew Peter Paxton (?–1938)

The death occurred yesterday of Mr. Andrew Peter Paxton, who was secretary of Michaelis, Hallenstein, and Co. Pty. Ltd., for more than 50 years. He was the son of the late Mr. Paxton, of Williamstown, who was a pilot for many years. Mr. Andrew Paxton was a keen golfer, and was a member of the Riversdale Golf Club. He is survived by a widow, two sons, and three daughters. One of his sons, Mr. W. B. Paxton, is a member of the Stock Exchange of Melbourne.

The funeral cortège will leave his home in Sackville street, Kew, this morning, and will arrive at the Springvale Crematorium at 11 am. Arrangements are in the hands of Le Pine and Son Pty. Ltd.
