Mr. Richard Ocock died yesterday at Bungeeltap, the residence of Mr. Dugald Macpherson. He was a very old resident of Ballan, and one of the earliest solicitors in Melbourne, being contemporary with the late Mr. Gurner, the Crown solicitor.
