Alice Australia Monckton (?–1931)

A wide circle of friends from the Illawarra district of New South Wales who are now residents of this State will regret to learn of the suddden death of Mrs. Alice Australia Monckton. A cable message was received from London announcing her death, which occurred last Tuesday. The deceased was the fourth daughter of the late Mr. Neil Harper, of Adderton, Dundas, New South Wales, and a sister of Mr. J. H. C. Harper, of the Brisbane Courier. After her marriage Mrs. Monckton left for England with her husband, Rev. J. F. Monckton, who for 30 years has been rector of Sinnington Church of England, York.
