THE death occurred suddenly at her residence in Errey street, at 1 o'clock on Friday morning of Mrs. Mary McKean, who was in her 75th year. Her children are Leslie (deceased), Mary (Mrs. Lloyd Cororooke), Donald, William (Melbourne), John, Robert (deceased), Elsie and Ruby. The funeral which was a lengthy one, took place to the Camperdown cemetery on Saturday afternoon, and followed a service conducted in St. Andrew's Church by the Revs. D. Drennan and J. E. Lloyd. There were many beautiful floral tributes. The service at the grave side was conducted by the Rev. D. Drennan.
Coffin-bearers were Messrs. Donald, William and John McKean (sons), Rev. J. E. Lloyd (son-in-law), Messrs. Alan McKean (nephew), R. A. McAlpine, and the pall was supported by Messrs. Roderick. John.
