James Macoboy (1820–1867)

from Sydney Morning Herald

At the Royal Hotel, St Kilda, Mr James Macoboy, a well-known solicitor of many years' standing, was found seated lifeless in his sitting room, on Sunday morning. He had been reading to a late hour, as was his custom, and the book appeared to have dropped from his hand, and death to have occurred painlessly and instantaneously.
