The funeral of Mr. Henry Hoyle left his late residence, Victoria street, yesterday afternoon for interment in the Carr Villa Cemetery. The chief mourners were Messrs. H. Hoyle (son), T. Parry (son-in-law), R., S. and T. Hoyle (nephews).
Casket-bearers were Messrs. F. Scott, M. Gurr, R. Brickhill, J. Burley. and pall-bearers Messrs. A. Brickhill, L. Cox, A. McEnnulty, E. Stewart, W. Smith, J. Coates and J. Quinn. Among the floral tributes received were those from the Launceston Railway Silver Band, of which the late Mr. Hoyle had been for 18 years a committeeman, employees of the Telegraph Printery, and K. D. Atkins Pty. Ltd.
