George Hill (1878–1931)

Mr. George Hill, of Taringa, Beach-street, Coogee, died at his residence on Saturday. He was the third son of the late Mr. George Hill, of Cliffbrook, Coogee, a well-known racehorse owner. His grandfather was Mr. Richard Hill, M.L.C. Mr. Hill was born in Sydney in 1878, and was educated at the Sydney Grammar School. Most of his life was spent at Coogee. He is survived by his widow, his mother, and a brother, Mr. Frank Hill. The remains were privately interred at the Randwick Cemetery.
