John Stephen Gregory (1876–1946)

Mr. John Stephen Gregory, 70, a retired civil engineer, of Inkerman road, St. Kilda, Victoria, who had attended most of the sessions of the Science Congress in Adelaide last week, died at the Royal Adelaide Hospital on Friday after a heart seizure at a city hotel where he was staying.

Mr. Gregory was a fellow student of Professor Kerr Grant, Professor of Physics at the University of Adelaide, at the Melbourne University more than 40 years ago. The funeral took place at the Centennial Park Cemetery on Saturday.
