Catherine Frost (1865–1890)

We are sorry to have to report the death of Miss Catherine Frost, daughter of the late Mr. Robert Frost, which took place yesterday morning at 12 o'clock. The deceased lady died of consumption. She had been in very indifferent health for the last five years, and notwithstanding that everything had been done in the way of attention and medical skill, she succumbed on the day above-mentioned. She was the third eldest of eight surviving sisters, one of whom is married to a a well-known citizen, Mr. J. S. Leeds, and was at the time of her death about 26 years of age. Much sympathy is felt for the family, who are well-known and highly respected in the district, in the loss they have sustained.
