Alfred (Alf) Fletcher (1853–1931)

The death occurred yesterday of Mr. Alfred Fletcher, who for many years filled the post of assistant secretary of the Sydney branch of the Printing Industry Employees' Union of Australia. The deceased resigned his position a few months back, owing to increasing years. The funeral will leave his late residence, Darvall Road, Eastwood, this morning at 10.15 for the Northern Suburbs Cemetery, Ryde.
