Leslie Huffington Bowman (1864–1891)

Leslie Huffington Bowman, aged 27, once of Windsor, recently residing at 10 Liverpool-street, Paddington, committed suicide by hanging himself by a rope to the bedpost in his room on Tuesday afternoon. He was seen by his wife to lie down on the bed. Shortly afterwards she found him as above described. The deceased had suffered some pecuniary losses lately, and was in consequence very despondent. He leaves a widow and three children. An inquest was held before the City Coroner, and a verdict of suicide recorded by the jury.
