Roderick Sutton Black (1881–1951)

Another former Grenfell identity in the person of Mr. Roderick Sutton Black passed away at Molong last Sunday morning.

The late Mr. Black had been ailing for a long time and after an emergency operation in the Molong Hospital he passed away without regaining conciousness.

The deceased left Grenfell some thirty years ago, where he had been conducting the flour mill in partnership with his brother.

He is survived by his wife, one daughter Jan and one son Rod; all of Molong.
