James Atkinson (1795–1834)

from Sydney Gazette

Died:—On Wednesday last, the 30th ult. at Oldbury, James Atkinson, Esq. J.P. Mr. Atkinson was a gentleman of considerable literary attainments, and, as a practical agriculturist, was, we believe, second to none in the Colony. His death is deeply lamented by a numerous circle of relatives and friends.
