John Andrew (1831–1896)

Mr. John Andrew, of Berembed station, near Narandera, N.S.W., died from heat apoplexy on the 13th ult. Although an old colonist, Mr. Andrew was only a middle aged man, having but recently reached his sixty-fifth year. He came to the colonies while still quite a youth, and after a five years' experience commenced farming on the Loddon, in Victoria, and there married. About eighteen years since he purchased the Berembed estate, and continued residence there ever since. Mr. Andrew only recently returned from a trip "home."
