Alfred Strode (1860–1922)

The death is announced of Mr. Alfred Strode, a well-known Bendigo journalist, aged 62 years. Mr. Strode was a grandson of Thomas Strode, proprietor of the Port Phillip Gazette, first published in Melbourne in 1838.
