Stephen, Septimus Alfred (1842–1901)
A cable message has been received stating that Mr Septimus Alfred Stephen, an ex-member of the New South Wales Legislative Council, and a member of the legal firm of Stephen, Jaques, and Stephen, has died in England. The deceased was the seventh son of the late Sir Alfred Stephen, and was born in 1842. A few years ago he opened a branch of the firm in London.
