Amy Roberta Steel (1880–1926)

The death occurred on Monday, at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, of Nurse Amy Roberta Steel, eldest daughter of the late Rev. R. A. Steel, and oldest granddaughter of the late Dr. Stebl, formerly minister of St. Stephen's Church. The deceased held the positions of matron of the baby health centre of Daceyville, Campsie, and Lithgow respectively. The funeral took place at Rookwood Cemetery on Tuesday, after a short service in St. Stephen's Church.
