Joseph McLennan (1863–1914)

On Tuesday morning Mr. Joseph McLennan, of Blaxland's Creek, died rather suddenly at the age of 50. He resided many years in the district, and leaves numerous relatives on the Clarence. Deceased leaves a widow and family. He was a son of the late Mr. Farquhar McLennan, one of the first settlers on the Nymboida. He suffered with acute rheumatism for some years. The funeral at the Coutt's Crossing cemetery yesterday was largely attended.
