James Hall (1858–1942)

It is with deep regret that we have to record the passing of Mr. James Hall, a widely esteemed old resident of Wilberforce, whose death took place at the Hawkesbury District Hospital on Tuesday, at the age of 84 years. Predeceased by his wife, he is survived by a family of two sons and two daughters, to whom the sympathy of a wide circle of old district friends is extended in their bereavement. The funeral will take place this (Wednesday) afternoon, leaving the late residence for the Presbyterian cemetery, Ebenezer, where the interment will take place.
