Samuel Henry Ellem (1846–1904)

We regret to announce the death of Mr. Samuel H. Ellem, of Glenreagh, which occurred on Thursday, from pneumonia, at the age of 58. Deceased resided many years in the Clarence district. He was a native of Mango Creek, Hawkesbury River. He leaves a widow, six sons and three daughters, all of whom are grown up; also a large number of relatives resident on the Clarence. The funeral, yesterday afternoon, was largely attended. We regret to learn that Mrs. Ellem and her daughter-in-law are also prostrated with pneumonia.
