Donald Charles Cameron (1857–1927)

The death of Mr. Donald Charles Kennedy Cameron, pastoral inspector of John Cameron and Co., Ltd. of Kensington and Caledonia, took place at Southport on November 27th. The deceased was 70 years of age and was the son of the late Mr. John Cameron, of Denham Downs and other stations, and a brother of Mr. John Cameron, the popular member for North Brisbane for many years, and uncle of Colonel Cameron, M.H.R. The deceased had been a pastoralist all his life, and owned Kensington Downs Station, in the Longreach district. He had been ill for several months, and is survived by his widow, two sons, and one daughter. He was buried at Southport.
